My car needed both back pillars replacing. When I dropped the car off the original ones were immaculate. When I picked my car up the new pillars were covered in scratches. The work should have been quality checked before it was released.

Great service, asked about a service as now driving more to work in a city, they recommended a health inspection and kept me up to date with how the cars running with tyres, oil etc, it cost me nothing!

When I purchased my car I was assured that it still had its TLC package. When I booked my service I was told that it had totally run out and I have to renew it.
