Motability

With a MINI One available with nil Advance Payment, there has never been a better time to get behind the wheel of a MINI with Motability.  Here's some other example from the MINI range with low Advance Payments:

MINI One        £0

MINI Cooper   £249

MINI Cooper Auto     £599

MINI Cooper + Chili Pack   £1149

All quoted cars include metallic paint and air conditioning

Four reasons why a MINI makes sense:

  • Insurance and road tax included.
  • All servicing, maintenance, windscreen and tyre replacement costs built in.
  • Accident and breakdown cover.
  •  A new MINI every three years.

All you have to do is choose a MINI model available on the Motability Car Scheme for three years worry-free motoring.

Take the MINI One Hatch: you pay an advance payment of £0 (yes, nil!) and your higher rate mobility allowance will cover the monthly rentals, with no additional costs.

On top of that, every MINI on the Motability Car Scheme is now packed with super-smart technology to actively reduce CO2 emissions and improve fuel efficiency.

Are you eligible for a Motability car?

To lease a car from Motability, you must be receiving either:

Higher Rate Mobility Component (HRMC) of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) - currently £49.10 per week - or,

War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS) - currently £54.85 per week.

If you choose to lease a car through Motability's Contract Hire scheme you must have at least 12 months' award length remaining. For customers choosing to buy a car with a Hire Purchase agreement, you will need to be receiving the allowance for the full length of your agreement.

Do you need to have a driving licence?

If you opt for our lease agreement you do not need to drive. You can nominate up to two drivers who may be friends or relatives, and parents or carers can apply on behalf of a child aged three years and upwards.

However, proposed drivers must not have any serious driving convictions, disqualifications, or endorsements within the last five years. There are also some restrictions on drivers under 25 and those with provisional licences.
