Original deposite paid on another vehicle that the dealership should have secured but didn’t. After the delivery date passed and no vehicle delivered was I informed that the vehicle could not be secured. Poor communication between staff and to myself

My car had a free valet and they have left the gloss black on the dash and doors and the speedo glass extremely greasy with whatever product was used. I have had to have it professionally cleaned to remove the product! Very disappointed.

Can't fault anything. The technicians are lovely and explained with a video why I needed a new tyre. Chris in Mini offered me a drink and cookies while I waited and was willing to give up his time to chat with me.

My service book wasn’t stamped despite it being left on the passenger seat and I informed the service clerk, the service indicator does not appear to have been reset as I have noticed the red service light comes on when the ignition is turned on.
